Globalist version of what happened in Copenhagen

2009-12-22

Richard Moore

Miliband said there must be “major reform” of the UN body overseeing the talks – the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) – and on the way negotiations are conducted. He is said to be outraged that UN procedure allowed a few countries to nearly block a deal.

This article needs to be compared to an account of what actually happened in Copenhagen, which is provided by Fidel Castro. He seems to have transformed himself from a national leader to a damned good journalist:
Fidel Castro: The truth about what happened at Copenhagen

The truth is that a few countries tried to ram their own agenda down everyone’s throats and failed. What Britain’s climate secretary is saying is that these few countries should have the right to ram their agenda down everyone’s throats. And that, my friends, is what global governance is all about.
