Friends,
AOL has lifted their information blockade and so I can now mention
'WantToKnow.info' and our AOL subscribers will hopefully receive the
posting. AOL subscribers were able to send messages to one another
without censorship, but messages from outside AOL were blocked if
they contained the string 'WantToKnow.info' anywhere in the text or
headers of the message.
I tested the blockade several times, with different recipients.
Strangely, several people found this hard to believe even when
presented with the evidence. Here's one of the rejection messages I
received:

It seems that complaints from AOL customers caused AOL to remove the
censorship, but who knows what other sources they are blocking now,
or what they may block in the future. Unless you like your mail
censored, I recommend anyone on AOL to change their service provider.
