The time has come for us to activate and better coordinate all of our efforts to advocate for and implement Wisdom Councils in the world. This exciting new prospect for society and democracy needs your help. We are seeking talented and resourceful individuals who are interested in supporting our work as: 1. Social Investors... People with means to provide tax-deductible funding to sustain and grow our ability to support Wisdom Council efforts. 2. Volunteers... People with skills in things like web development, videography, graphic design, marketing, media relations, accounting, volunteer management, grant writing, fund development, and networking who can fulfill the special and finite needs of our nonprofit organization. We'd like to invite you to a special event, April 13-15, in Port Townsend, WA. This event is an opportunity to observe a Wisdom Council event in progress, the third in a series convened by an alternative high school class. The Wisdom Council meets Friday night and Saturday, April 13-14, which we'll watch on closed circuit video. Then you can participate in the community gathering in the afternoon. On Sunday, you'll meet with others who see the importance of this social innovation, learn more about our organization, and begin to co-create our organizational model for a sustainable, democracy-changing effort.
